Nice rooms for the price. I love that there is a kitchenette. People are friendly, the owners are amazing they do whatever they can to accommodate.
I will only recommend Civic Inn to my family and friends when they visit. I just moved from another state and the staff and especially the owner has went above and beyond what he had to. If ur moving here,just passing through or if you have little bitty babies this is one place that is bug free and friendly. Great HD TV's to.
This place is pretty on point. They keep clean rooms there are no bugs. They keep the rooms stocked with shampoo and soap. They have microwaves refrigerators and stove... the rooms have hideaway beds and couches HBO. They also have your own little porches. They have grills outside with a nice little seating area. Washer and dryers onsite. The owners are nice and treat you with respect and they are reasonably priced.
This is one of the cleanest, lowest priced efficiencies that you will find in Pensacola and the owner is always available, honest and willing to help you with any troubles. This man is sincerely one of the best I've ever had the privilege of meeting. Thank you Charlie. I Truly appreciate you and your patience. This place is wonderful! The staff is professional and the property is very well maintained. I would have stayed forever if I could have. The building is clean and the furnishings were very nice. It's walking distance to Target, Dollar Tree, CVS, Walgreens, Dollar General, and the nicest little Waffle House you will ever eat at. It's on the bus route and in a very safe, well lit area. Great TVs with Cox Cable and a big variety of TV channels. Full size fridge and a two burner stove top. There is a laundry room for guests and they had great WIFI for my laptop.
